Everyone bids the number of tricks (1–13) they pledge to take — no passing — and the highest bidder names the trump suit and leads. Starting with the player left of the dealer, every player must announce a number of tricks between 1 and 13 — passing is not allowed. The highest bidder becomes the declarer; equal bids keep the earlier announcement.

The koz is a single suit named by the declarer every deal — any of the four suits. Any card of the koz beats every card of the other suits.
Within a suit the Ace (A) is highest, followed by King, Queen, Jack, 10, and down to 2.
You must follow the led suit if you hold one; if you are void you may play anything — including the koz to try to take the trick.
The strongest koz played wins the trick; if no koz was played, the highest card of the led suit wins. The trick winner leads the next trick, until all 13 tricks are played.
At the end of each deal every player's tricks are compared with their bid:

Example: bid 5 and take 6 tricks for 50 + 10 = 60 points; bid 4 and take only 3 and you lose 40.
Points accumulate deal after deal as the dealer rotates, and the first player to reach 101 points wins the match.
Every move is on the clock: 12 seconds to bid and 16 seconds to play a card. When your time runs out the server plays the closest legal move for you (bids are clamped to the 1–13 range), so a table never stalls.
Do not overbid: a missed bid costs 10 points per announced trick, while each extra trick only pays 10.
Count the koz. Knowing which trump cards are still out tells you when yours is boss.
Void yourself in a side suit early so you can trump in on later tricks.
Track the highest bidder: stopping them from making their bid can win you the deal even with a modest bid of your own.
